Structure Composition

·Carcass Material
The carcass of the heat resistant conveyor belt is made from high-strength, low-elongation premium fabrics such as Cotton Canvas (CC), Polyester Cotton Canvas (TC), Nylon Fabric (NN), and Polyester Fabric (EP). The carcass provides excellent tensile strength, impact resistance, and flexibility, ensuring stable performance under high-temperature and heavy-load conditions.
·Heat-Resistant Rubber Covers
Heat-resistant rubber layers are applied to both sides of the carcass. The top cover withstands high-temperature material impact and abrasion, while the bottom cover enhances the belt’s tear resistance and durability. Different grades of rubber compounds—standard, medium, or high heat resistance—are available based on specific operational requirements.
·Splicing System
Hot vulcanized splicing is recommended to ensure the joint strength and stability under high-temperature conditions. This method preserves the belt’s overall heat resistance and mechanical properties, minimizing the risk of belt failure during operation.
·Optional Reinforcement Layer
For specific applications, optional reinforcement layers such as fiberglass fabric or heat-resistant steel mesh can be embedded inside the belt. These reinforcements enhance heat resistance, tear resistance, and dimensional stability.

Usage Guidelines

·Ensure Even Material Distribution
Make sure materials are evenly distributed across the belt width during operation. Avoid excessive accumulation in localized areas to prevent overheating and abrasion, which may shorten the belt’s service life.
·Prevent Oil Contamination
Keep the belt away from oil exposure, especially residues in cooling water. Even small traces of oil can degrade rubber performance and accelerate aging, reducing the heat resistance and durability.
·Unload Promptly During Downtime
In the event of a shutdown, remove hot materials from the belt promptly. Prolonged thermal concentration on one area can accelerate rubber aging or lead to damage.
·Prefer Hot Vulcanized Joints for Stability
Hot vulcanized splicing is recommended to maximize strength and heat resistance. In high-temperature conditions, cold bonding or mechanical joints may result in reduced reliability.
·Routine Inspection & Maintenance
Establish a regular maintenance plan to check wear, joint condition, and material buildup. Timely cleaning and part replacement ensures safe operation and prolongs belt life.
