Raw rubber is blended with additives to form a uniform compound with key properties.

Yes, we have our own factory in China with a complete industrial supply chain, enabling us to deliver professional one-stop solutions.

2. How long have you been in this industry?

We have over 30 years of experience in the electric pump and miniature motor industry, serving customers worldwide.

3. Do you offer OEM and ODM services?

Yes, we provide full OEM and ODM services, including custom solutions for small-batch and multi-variety production.

4. What if I don’t find what I need on your website?

We offer bespoke development based on your requirements. Just email us your specifications or send us a sample, and we’ll evaluate the feasibility.

5. Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Absolutely. We are happy to send samples for quality and performance evaluation before a bulk purchase.

6. How do you ensure product and service quality?

We follow ISO 9001 procedures. A quality warranty of 18 to 24 months is provided. If the issue is proven to be our fault, we will replace the item.

7. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQs vary by product, but in general, the minimum order is 100 pieces. Feel free to ask about specific items.

8. How do I place an order and make payment?

We’ll send a proforma invoice after confirmation. Payment can be made via T/T bank transfer, PayPal, or Western Union.

9. What if your bank account information changes?

Please double-check with us before sending payment if you notice any change. Bank details are always listed in the proforma invoice.

10. What shipment do you offer for bulk orders?

We offer air express and sea freight. You can use your own forwarder or ours. We’re close to Ningbo Port for efficient maritime shipping.

11. What is your typical delivery lead time?

In-stock items ship within 3 business days. For out-of-stock items, lead times are typically 1–4 weeks depending on the product.

12. Do you support regional distributors or agents?

Yes. Please contact us to discuss distribution policies and potential cooperation in your market.
